They are chocolate cupcakes (awesome recipe from Glorious Treats) with pumpkin spice buttercream and topped with my favorite gingersnap. And filled with a surprise.
Remember the pumpkin pie I made the other day? That’s what’s in there. Yep. Pumpkin Pie. In a Chocolate Cupcake. Topped with Pumpkin Pie Spiced Buttercream. And a Gingersnap. Yes, it was as good as it sounds.

I am a wife, mommy of two, and a part time dental hygienist. I love to cook, specifically- to bake, even more specifically- to bake cookies.
